Replied last October 29, 2025As a lawyer, I am constrained by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar in responding to public reviews. Specifically, I may not disclose information concerning a client’s representation without the client’s informed consent. That means I am prohibited from even confirming whether this person is a client or former client unless that person first gives me their consent. As such, I will simply state that it is my belief that the comments made in this review are not accurate. I represent all of my clients zealously to the best of my abilities, using the facts provided to me or obtained through discovery. I also cannot, do not, and will not guarantee a specific outcome to my clients as the ultimate outcome is always left in the hands of the Judge. I alco cannot schedule hearings dates upon demand or guarantee a specific date when a client's case will be finalized as those are subject to the court’s availability.
