I can say it is very difficult to find legal advise from a professional without being charged a consultation fee upfront. Especially when needing advice when your in a completely different state than the one you need help in. Mr. Kannard far exceeded my expectations and thoroughly explained the laws ...in which I was questioning about a child custody matter. As a father it can be difficult to find someone who also is on your side as well. Though I was unable to hire him because he could not represent the county I need to file in, I would highly recommend him as well as if I ever did need help where he could be hired I would definitely do so.
