I was born and raised on Long Island, New York and graduated from the University of Florida and Unviversity of Florida Levin College of Law. I have been a litigator and trial lawyer since 1989. In approximately 80% of my trials, I was the lead attorney and often was sole counsel for my client. I am rated "AV Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell. My interests include distance running, biking, weight training and attending concerts.
