also known as Lauren Nichole Weber, Attorney Lauren N. Weber
Attorney Lauren N. Weber was born and raised in Pasco County, Florida. Attorney Weber graduated from River Ridge High School before attending Pasco Hernando State College. She eventually transferred to St. Petersburg College where she earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management and Organizational Leadership.
Attorney Weber began working in the legal field while still in high school through a career training program offered by River Ridge High School. She worked as a receptionist and eventually was promoted to legal assistant. After graduating from high school, she continued to work for personal injury law firms, gaining hands on experience, and was promoted again to paralegal. Attorney Weber worked as a paralegal for several years, assisting attorneys with a variety of pre-suit and litigated cases. These cases ranged from slip and fall accidents, auto accidents, negligent supervision claims, negligent security claims, motorcycle accidents, and property insurance claims. Attorney Weber also worked for Pasco County Schools for over 7 years where she worked in risk management and procurement.
Attorney Weber discovered her passion for helping and advocating for others while working as a paralegal. She dreamed of going to law school because she wanted to be able to represent and be an advocate for those in need. In May 2018, her dream came true when she was accepted to Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. Attorney Weber continued to work full-time while attending law school. She was a board member of the school’s law journal, interned at the Debt Relief Clinic where she assisted clients with Ch. 7 Bankruptcy, competed and won first place with her partner at the Melissa Mitchell Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition. Attorney Weber graduated in May 2021 cum laude and successfully passed the July 2021 Florida Bar Exam on her first attempt.
After be admitted to the Florida Bar, Attorney Weber worked for a large personal injury firm where she helped clients recover the compensation they deserved.
Attorney Weber is married and has a teenage daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, fishing and spending time with friends and family.
