The lawyer who helps write happy endings

Mr. Foote is quite possibly one of the best lawyers that I have ever had the luxury to meet or work with. In my profession, I have worked with lawyers and the legal system, so I've had the opportunity to meet many good lawyers in my time, but when I found myself on the other end of a lengthy custody ...battle, there is no better team that I could have wished to have on my side fighting for what was best for me and my child. Mr. Foote and his wonderful team are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and understanding of everything that you may be going through or experiencing in your case. I am an anxious 'worry wart' and conflict-avoiding person by nature. So when my custody battle first arose, I found the whole emotional ordeal difficult to navigate and quite honestly, stressful and confusing at times. I felt like my whole world was catching fire. As any parent can imagine, I was overwhelmed with the thought that this was going to be a very scary and heart wrenching experience, yet what could be the most important battle of my life. I was fighting for my rights as a parent and what was best for my children and their future. I felt like I was lost....and alone. Only one child was at the center of my case, but I have two children. That meant that the fates of what is best for BOTH of my children, and for BOTH of their futures moving forward, would be decided by the outcome of my case. Enter Mr. Foot and his amazing office of intelligent, helpful, and professional staff. I felt reassured that I could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Even at my most anxious and exhausted, they were the most attentive and unyielding legal support system anyone could ever ask for. Setting aside their personal demeanor, the professionalism and expertise that both him and his team show, are bar none top-notch. He represented me with with the utmost respect, consideration, and determination towards the positive outcome I wanted, as well as what was in the best interest of my child. All the while sifting through the often common and time consuming hoops, run arounds, and "he said she said" pileups that can often drag out in a divorce or custody dispute. He has a no games- common sense attitude and approach that I wish more lawyers among his field had. Not only is he trustworthy, fair, and not going to back down from what's right, but also competent, prepared, and extremely well-versed in the law. With straightforward speaking and honest information, he and his team work hard to keep both parties grounded and focused on what's important. He doesn't dance around the facts or sugar coat anything to take your money and sell you fake promises that he cannot deliver. He will sit down and discuss your case in a very compassionate and direct way that makes everything easy to understand. He also calls it like he sees it and he's not afraid to keep his clients focused on the realistic scope and outcome of their case. That speaks volumes to not only the opposing counsel, but to the family law judges who will be deciding your case. I don't think I could have found a better lawyer or legal team who would fight or work as hard and passionately as they, to ensure the positive outcome I was praying for. They managed and represent my case with some of the highest ethics, morals, and legal fortitude that I have ever seen. His number one mission was to make sure that I won my case, while protecting my rights and fighting for the rights and well being of my children. He and his team represented me with the fierceness that only a fellow parent could, and I could not be more happy with the outcome. Whatever type of case you have- I am more than confident that Mr Foote and his amazing team and staff, will manage your case with nothing but the highest quality and caliber of representation, to achieve the positive outcome and winning judgment that you deserve. A Truly Outstanding Attorney

Mr. Foote became my attorney nearly a year ago in my very complex, highly involved, Family Law Case. Like most divorces, this is a very difficult and stressful time in mine and my family's lives. Mr. Foote has been an outstanding Attorney who has worked very intensely to represent my case with his... innate passion and Zeal. As I have said it many times before, Mr. Foote is STELLAR in the courtroom. He believes in what he does and seems that he became a lawyer because he wanted to help his help his clients navigate through a very confusing, very emotional, tremendously overwhelming time in hopes of ultimately gaining the results needed and necessary to help their lives and the lives of their children/families move forward in the best, most positive way. One thing that I feel I need to say here is after having gotten to know Mr. Foote over the last year in my case is that he really is a man of Strong Moral Character, Integrity. Mr. Foote is there for his clients and is even giving of his personal time when his client's case calls for it. Unlike my previous attorney, Mr. Foote was available to me to my case even on weekends and after hours if needed. This is not only unheard of with many other attorneys but can not only be very helpful to my case but actually turned out to be crucial during times of urgent matter(s) or even when something not as pressing was occurring. When Mr. Foote took on my case he literally hit the ground running and has not stopped since. He has accomplished what other attorneys told me would be impossible. Having Mr. Foote and his very capable highly proficient and compassionate staff on my case has been like not only having The Hybrid of Attorneys for a Family Law Case. Mr. Foote is not only very knowledgable but unlike other attorneys of his caliber, he actually remembers the facts and details, sometimes even the smallest of details that can be helpful to the case. With Mr. Foote as my attorney its been like having a caring, compassionate, and empathetic trusted friend on your case as he seems to have a real and vested interest in seeing a good outcome for his client(s). He will fight hard whenever he feels his client is getting the short end of the stick and is in a wrong &/or unfair situation. Additionally, as an Attorney in my Family Law case, I've noticed that Mr. Foote is thinking ahead and looking out for mine and my family's Best Interests and thinking of things that either affect us now or may in the future. Mr. Foote has truly had a passion for what he does and will fight for his client's case like its his only case.. And he's An Amazing Attorney and Stellar in the courtroom.. What more could you want in an Attorney??
