worked with ms grey at the public defenders office-witnessed her hunger and passion to defend for several years. never saw her without her pd armor on. having said that, the process in drug court is quite different than what normally occurs in the criminal divisions. cases are staffed amongst the par...ticipating parties(judge, sao, probation, treatment team, etc) and the direction of a case is determined at this time. these staffings occur prior to the actual docket, so there is quite a bit that goes on that no one sees. i wanted to share this in reference to the displeasure someone recently shared. :)

I got arrested on the east coast. When I was arrested they discovered I had an outstanding warrant in Pasco county. I was assigned a public defender. It was Monica Grey.
