Biography
Michael Beam was born and raised in Indiana, and has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1986. He earned his law degree, with honors, from Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, where he was awarded the Victor O. Wehle Award for Trial Advocacy, and was a member of the Stetson Law Review and Moot Court Team. He has practiced in New Port Richey since 1996, focusing on personal injury litigation for Plaintiffs, and has tried numerous cases before juries in Pasco and Pinellas Counties. Michael is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member and past president of the West Pasco Bar Association, a member of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Florida Justice Association. He is also a member and past president of the Rotary Club of New Port Richey, and currently serves on the Advisory Committee of Metropolitan Ministries in Pasco County.

Excellant lawyer and great personality
Michael was my attorney in my lawsuit against McDonald's when I was injured on the job. Altho more then ten years later I still have a lot of pain he was a great lawyer for me and I highly recommend him!
