I consulted mr Carter about a business bankruptcy issue I got involved in. He spent about 2 hours talking about how rich he is and maybe ten minutes on the facts of my case. I was charged a conference fee and small retainer so he could "look into it" ... a month later I get back a one paragraph opini...on that wasnt so poorly written it was not understandable. And his advice was wrong!!! I spoke with a real bk attorney and then came to find out that mr Carter isnt even a member of the bankruptcy court! Misrepresented himself the whole time
