For those who are seeking honest advice then look no further than Mr. Blaine. I recently had a negative experience with Florida’s unfair (in my opinion) regulations regarding people with Disabilities being able to drive. I did not lose my licensee but was unnecessarily targeted when I went to chang...e my address at the FL DMV and was forced into Florida’s Medical Review Process (MRP). Mr. Blaine’s knowledge and experience with the MRP is impressive. I have never dealt with an Attorney who personally and patiently spent his time during an initial inquiry listening to me. In the days leading up to the holidays, I was driving home for lunch, not paying much attention to my speed...turns out, I was over the speed limit. My heart sank when I saw the undercover Charger (all too frequent on Tampa Rd.), lights ablaze, speeding up behind me. The interaction with the PCSO d...eputy was short and friendly, but left me with a sizeable fine. Mr. Christopher paid attention to details and was very professional/knowledgable about handling my case.
