I never thought I would have to call a law office and say the words, "last night, I was arrested." There's so much to consider when hiring a criminal defense attorney, especially as it relates to a DUI. There's a lot of shame and embarrassment, and I felt as if so many of the attorneys I spoke to wer...e quick to assume guilt. Not Tim Sullivan and Chris Blaine. From the initial phone call, both Tim & Chris were open-minded and willing to listen. They approached the case with a methodic discipline that continuously impressed me. When we were ready to progress, Tim and Chris laid out all of my options, explained the pros and cons of each, and made it very clear the decision was mine to make. When I decided to request the reduction to Reckless Driving, Chris drafted a thorough, persuasive letter to the Assistant State Attorney (ASA). He even went so far as to hand-deliver the letter and speak with the ASA about the case.
