If you're not rich, don't hire him. He's a great lawyer but if you don't have an endless bank account don't hire him. Almost a year ago I hired Mr. Doud as my attorney to represent me in a child custody matter, wherein my daughter was being neglected and abused by her mother. We got 3 months befor...e the Pre-Trial and he wanted almost $15,000.00 from me to cover the Pre-Trial & Trial. His office then refused to provide me with billing statement after he withdrew as my counsel.

Attorney Doud is excellent! He is super agressive, responsive and has some of the best legal staff out there. My case is a tough one, and one that required a no nonsense lawyer and Tim Doud fit the bill.
