I would like to send out a big Thank You to Attorney Doud and his Staff for having my back and making my Divorce as easy on me as possible. His courtroom presence is nothing less than stellar as he quickly neutralizes any antics by his intense understanding of the laws and legal practices. The first time Attorney Doud appeared in court on my behalf and I saw him in action, I had a grand sense of comfort, easing many of my anxieties that have been building over the last three years with my unresolved custody matters. He displays a no nonsense, straight to the point approach. The staff as well as Attorney Doud is quick to respond to questions/concerns to easy the anxieties associated with my legal situation. Both Attorney Doud and his staff are knowledge about additional resources in the community to assist with individual situations. They have assisted me personally to tap into these resources. This has been a grand help and an extension of the comfort and peace of mind from all the stress that had been created with the prior attorney, in addition to the underlying custody matter. My only regret is that I did not find Attorney Doud first! I truly believe my custody matters would have been resolved within the first year if he was on my case from the start. While the previous attorney overcharged me by an absurd amount, Attorney Doud’s fees are reasonable and fair. He is very ethical in his practice. Earlier this year, I was telling Attorney Doud about some of my son’s accomplishments, including the Good Citizenship Award from the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution. He was smiling, and then stated he knew that organization very well . . . . as he is a member himself! Not only is Tim Doud of fantastic attorney . . . but a Good Citizen too!

I'm a single hardworking mom and tim doud advised me the first time just through a consultation. Solved my relocation problem instantly. Then a year later when times were tough I was about to leave the state the next day I recieved a subpeona. Not only did tim doud work with me that same day he worke...d with me with very reasonable payment options. He reassured me and handled my case with ease while I was still able to leave the state the next day.
