Timothy Michael Doud

A few year's ago I lost a very bitter divorce causing me to pay child support, which I had no problem paying, alimony and had to pay for her belongings which were placed in storage but she said she never got. I hired Attorney Doud a few years later to review my case and try to have the alimony dropp...ed. Not only did he have the alimony dropped but had the child support reduced and I was awarded over $3000.00 in over payments. I had 3 different lawyers prior to Mr. Doud and each one failed me, some not even returning my calls. I can't express enough my thanks not only to him, but his wonderful staff who are some of the most pleasant and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

A divorce is typically an emotional ordeal involving huge life changes. Not only was every employee supportive and there when time was of the essence, but the entire staff is so knowledgeable that I couldn't help but feel comfortable. Now, when I walk through the door, I feel like a member of the fam...ily. My divorce is drawing to an end, and I can honestly say that as wonderful as Attorney Doud is to me, he is incredibly skilled at dealing with the opposing attorney. I know he has my best interests at heart, and I know that he knows the law and the courtroom. The most incompetent and expensive law office my family has ever used. My mom went to this office for a divorce. Over 8K later, still no divorce and signed release and handed to Amy. After releasing this office, and paying bill in full, Amy still called & sent emails wanting payments for next part of... divorce. WE DON'T WANT TO USE YOU ANYMORE!! NO itemized bill. Just a paragraph listing what attorney supposedly did plus listed things other attorney did to add more hours to bill. When asked, in writing and two times in person, about things we know other attorney did there was no response. RESEARCH? What a JOKE!! There was none. Padded the bill way too much. Want a good attorney?? Turn and run the other way and find one. BAD ATTORNEY!!!! INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!

Mr. Doud recently handled my custody case and I have never met an attorney that cared so much about his clients. I met with several attorneys and none of them made me feel confident about my case. One even suggested that the only way I could spend more time with my children would be to move close...r to them. This was not the case with The Law Offices of Timothy Doud. Every time I met with him, I left with a feeling of confidence that I had never had with an attorney before. I feel that choosing Mr. Doud was the best possible choice I could have made. After 3 years of being represented by him and recently completing my court case, I can honestly say that without the help of Mr. Doud, I would not feel as confident about the outcome of my case.
