I'm a single hardworking mom and tim doud advised me the first time just through a consultation. Solved my relocation problem instantly. Then a year later when times were tough I was about to leave the state the next day I recieved a subpeona. Not only did tim doud work with me that same day he worke...d with me with very reasonable payment options. He reassured me and handled my case with ease while I was still able to leave the state the next day. He kept me informed at all times and if I ever had a question or concern he dealt with them all right away and never let me worry. I think he is an outstanding lawyer. If I ever have a legal issue in the state od florida again I will definitely hire him again.

If you're not rich, don't hire him. He's a great lawyer but if you don't have an endless bank account don't hire him. Almost a year ago I hired Mr. Doud as my attorney to represent me in a child custody matter, wherein my daughter was being neglected and abused by her mother. We got 3 months befor...e the Pre-Trial and he wanted almost $15,000.00 from me to cover the Pre-Trial & Trial. His office then refused to provide me with billing statement after he withdrew as my counsel.

Attorney Doud is excellent! He is super agressive, responsive and has some of the best legal staff out there. My case is a tough one, and one that required a no nonsense lawyer and Tim Doud fit the bill. I would, without hesitation, recommend this attorney to anyone who really needs someone in their ...corner to help keep their kids safe, as I did.
