My husband and I have been working with the Truesdell law firm for several years now and they have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and just awesome. Her staff has been extremely informative about the estate planning process, wonderful follow up with me on an on going basis, and replies ...to my emails within minutes (which I greatly appreciate!). Without her, I’m not sure what I would do. I highly recommend this firm.

We needed to have our wills reviewed on the recommendation of our financial planner. Our attorney of long standing would not write the Trusts that we requested so we went to Mrs. Truesdell. She had us fill an extensive questionaire so she could devise a trust that met our needs. It was refined with a... discussion office visit so we would be comfortable signing the documents with an additional appointment. Not only have they proved valuable, but the rate was less than the plain wills our "family friend" had prepared..

Kellean and her husband Paul are not worthy prospects. Be on the look-out for double-teaming on billing hours, which seem over-inflated for the area. The office offers poor customer service with little or no follow up calls for updates. It's east to get an appointment, but it's hard to get anythi...ng else from them, like your completed case, in a timely manner. They always seem to be away from the office on multiple vacations and family outings. It's nearly impossible to get another appointment unless you bring them a new case or have something else they can bill for. The procrastination and excuses regarding the completion of cases seems excessive and not standard practice. Anyone understands circumstances arise, but own up to them instead of making excuses that are irrelevant. One bright note to mention is they are happy to share all aspects of their vacation adventures. Negatively, it seems they offer no consideration for your time, have a "don't care about you" attitude and make you feel as if you've been taken advantage of. We will never use this office again after our encounter with them last year. We questioned their billing invoices and were told to "Pay the invoice. This is a law office, by the way." Of course, this is our opnion, but there are much better firms in the area that will appreciate you.
