Mr Bond came into my case late in the game after my first attorney had a conflict of interest. He took the reins and brokered a good settlement for me when it could have easily gone the other way. I hired Tommy Bond as a mediator, and he was very interested in attending the afternoon events scheduled for lawyers. He was paid in full, only came in my room 2 times, and told me both times she has no interest in mediating. I have worked with mediators before, and this mediator would not even ma...ke the offers that I made. His mediation skills are very weak, and he truly seemed he was filling in the box that said "Mediation Complete".
