UPDATE: We won! What a nasty and ugly case! I was incredibly impressed by Ami's skill in the courtroom. She was able to get all of the necessary evidence in to prove our case. She masters the element of surprise. By following her advice through out the process we were able to show the court what they needed to see about me, and the lies and deceptions of the case became evident. After almost 2 years of restricted contact with my daughter, from her father, I have been granted majority time sharing and am able to take my daughter back home to another state. I hired Amy after a consultation regarding my circumstances of divorce. Amie was a nightmare to deal with . She was always too busy to talk , then would schedule a call and not only be late calling but would then say she had other calls schedule . When I asked her advice on how to proceed she responded " well what do you want " . Had I known what I was entitled to , I wo...uldn't have needed to hire her . She was surprised when I fired her .

Was paid in full immediately. Absorbed @ 2500 in 8 months just charging to read emails. Never fired a shot or moved a nail. Met with her twice and never allowed to speak. At one point, she even told me to shut up. I had to come up with my own proposal, however, charged account as she was the one who ...drafted it. Never offered o gave any professional counsel as that I was absorbing all debts and financial obligations. The only counsel or advice that she giving was misleading, insisting that the other party could keep part, if not half of a retirement pay that did not exist!
