Divorce for most people is a stressful situation mostly if there are children involve like in my case. It is one of my biggest fears as I was born in Asia that has no divorce law. I have seen women and children suffered because of the cultural stigma, they have no voice. I too had endured the sufferi...ng for a long time believing that it will get better but it got worse. I took a big step and gave AMI DILORENZO’s office a call and now I’m officially divorced. AMI DILORENZO P.A is a tough, smart and strong lawyer and she represented me very well. She explains and communicates clearly, very experienced, composed and always available. My divorce process was painfully long took almost 2 years but I felt safe and secured as Ami and her team is there very responsive, quick to act but very smart with legal advices. I remember when she told me to technically protect the children and keep them out of what is happening. That’s what I did that every time my kids will ask me or voice their concerns, I tell them “kids focus on your studies and let mommy take care of the adult stuff”. In the beginning, I was trying be assertive because I felt that I’m on my own, no family nearby, no friends, just me and my children but when I had my first mediation with Ami I knew that my rights will be protected. She taught me how to listen to every question and not to be emotional. She reviews every document that was presented to us and objects when she sees discrepancies. She tells me what’s going to happen next and what to prepare. If I need to ask her something even on a weekend she responds. These qualities that she has as a lawyer made me feel safe, secured, and protected. I trust her and her team. They’re experts on this field. Katie Knepper , also a lawyer did an excellent job on finding significant information related to the case and a good resource person too. She works hand in hand with Ami. Kelley, the office manager sounds really serious on the phone but very nice in person. Ami Dilorenzo’s Law office located in Ocala is highly recommended. I do not even know where to begin to thank Ami, Katie and Kelley. Ami Dilorenzo sets the bar extremely high for her staff, and does not expect less than what they are capable of. I went to Ami for my divorce. My ex-wife wanted to handle all of this ourselves, and me being the fool I followed and ag...reed. I later received a letter in the mail from HER attorney. I received this about a week before we were due for mediation. Totally not what was agreed upon, I went to Ami's firm and filled out the paper work and explained why it was short notice. Ami made it clear that she was there for me and was willing to fight for me to the very end. She is very honest and will not sugar coat anything. If you do not like the honest truth from your attorney (a mouth of a sailor), then she is not for you. She’s not afraid of calling BS on anything. Ami knows the law extremely well and has the passion and drive to represent her clients to the fullest extent. I will continue to keep in touch with Ami in case something arises in the future. I hope I will never need her help again, but if something should happen, I will be going back to my attorney Ami Dilorenzo. I would also like to thank Ami's wonderful staff. Kelley is an amazing asset to the firm, being the Office Manager she is always willing to go the extra mile to help me understand something or just to say hey you forgot to sign here. Katie is also an attorney that works with Ami and handles a lot of the paperwork/document prep at the firm. She went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure everything was correct, and made this process much easier than I could have expected. Thanks Ami for everything!

I hired Amy after a consultation regarding my circumstances of divorce. To me, this was very difficult time and I believed my divorce had some aspects which would make it a little more difficult to come to a resolution agreed by all.
