Jeff Jamison 1 review 3 minutes ago NEW I just got off the phone with Jennifer Darley's secretary jessica, whom I will say is a very rude person and not helpful at all. I called into the office 2 1/2 months ago and paid an OUTRAGEOUS $300 consultation with Mrs. Darley only to be rescheduled 3 t...imes, and when I did finally speak with her.......it was for 10 min. She asked me to gather paperwork from my children's school, which I did, and then submit it to her office. I was told by Jennifer herself she would contact me back and never did. Contacted her office on July 26 and was promised i'd be contacted back by Monday to no avail. As matter fact i was told by jessica that jennifer might not even take my case anyways and she had to contact her about it. When I contacted her office this morning and asked for a refund I was told no and hung up on after I said she was rude and I'd be contacting the bar against her. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. My license is now suspended for child support and my life upside down in a sense in that area. KATHRYN BENNETT AND MS. Do not hire this attorney. She is very unreliable. Reckless, dishonest, unprofessional and do not communicate with you. She handled my case and did not deliver the service she was paid for. I almost lost a sale on my home bcz she was did not meet the deadline, thank God I contacted my ex to find out... the status Bcz she was not returning any communication and was told she had our information for a month and was waiting on her response. She refuses to refund my money, I know she will never get any better in her life. This would be a mistake to hire her if you are looking for a professional and great results. Just pathetic

Do not put your money into this lawyer or her office if you want to have any hope of succeeding in your legal goals. They WILL damage your case, and take your money for it. Darley and her team were hired for a custody/child support case. They barely communicated anything at all, ever, without having ...to be persistently asked to do so. The case she/her team were hired for missed a deadline (so don't let Jessica tell you "Well we haven't missed a deadline yet", because that is false), and Darley took so long to submit things to the court that even after she was fired and a better lawyer took over, the damage was done and the effect has be substantial. Save yourself some time and heartache, move on the the next lawyer, your family will thank you. And as a pre-emptive message for the owners of the google page, while I understand you have legal confidentiality clauses to uphold regarding cases and can therefore not provide any details besides your disagreement, do not ask to reach out for any discussion, as we are STILL waiting on information requested from literally months ago, and have plenty of unanswered emails, and never returned phone calls. P.S. Some of these 5 star reviews on Darely are from other lawyers in the area, be careful whose reviewing and why.
