I live in Miami / FL and could not find a knowledgeable attorney to take care of my re-adoption petition. I tried to do it myself, searched extensive on google, read about Paul Consbruck's review. But he was not in Miami... After getting tired of not finding any positive answer, I decided to call Pau...l. He was so familiar with the process, I believe it took about 2 weeks only to get everything done. Truth be told I called 5 Orlando attorneys to find the best attorney/best price. All quotes were in the same ballpark, but here's the deal, none of them have ever adopted, they don't do this full time, so they have only done a few, they don't know the adoption process, all the names of the forms we ...filled out and they are all about you making multiple office visits. Besides adopting my child, getting Paul Consbruck to help me was one of the best decisions I've made. He's adopted multiple times, so he knows the process for real, he's done hundreds of readoptions, so he knows a lot of the judges and the individual court house requirements. He is very responsive, and current with the communication technology of today - i.e - he emails and texts. The process was smooth and easy. I felt personally taken care of every step of the way. We used Paul to readopt our two internationally adopted children. We also used Paul to make our wills. He is an expert in both these fields and got the job done flawlessly and reasonably. I read about how good he was on some internet blogs. He was even better than I expected. I always shy away f...rom using lawyers if I can since I think most are in it to make big bucks and they don't really care about the client. Paul put all my prejudices to rest. When I initially called his office he actually picked up the phone! He communicated promptly via telephone and email. He left no questions unanswered. Last year, we adopted a little girl from another state. While any adoption requires an enormous amount of paperwork and legal involvement, it is even more so with interstate adoptions. Fortunately, we had Paul Consbruck as our adoption attorney. The adoption of our little angel involved no less ...than five agencies across two states. While interstate adoption is by no means uncommon, you wouldn’t have known that by the issues that arose during our adoption with the various agencies. At times, it seemed that none of the agencies knew what the others were doing, but worse than that is their failure to pick up the phone and find out. This is where Paul came in. He pressed the agencies to get them moving. He knew what part of the adoption each agency was responsible for, and worked diligently to get them to do their job. He pursued them tirelessly through phone calls, emails and snail mail to get the process completed. Paul’s persistence really paid off, and our little angel came home to us last summer, and the adoption was finalized six months later. Paul was instrumental in each part of the process. But even more than all of that, Paul was compassionate with our situation. He treated us not just as clients, but as good friends, even though we had only known him for a short while. He kept us up to date regarding where we were at each step of the way, and what still had to be done, and let us know what we could do from our end to push it along faster.
