I contacted the Florida State Bar consumers division. After two years they found him guilty on many counts. They just sent me a letter saying basically they are going to give Joseph R. Deciantis a public reprimand, whatever that is, and he needs to pay the courts $1,300.00 for legal fees. As clients ...
