Federico Alejandro Mojica

A few years ago, my father worked with the Law Office of Annette P.L. Ross to devise a will and other legal documents. My father told us that when he passes away we should contact their office as they have all of his financial records. Unfortunately, in November my father passed away unexpectedly. I... contacted the law office and within an hour had a return call informing me that Federico Mojica would be handling my father’s case. I called Federico and was surprised to learn that he only had a few documents. It rapidly became clear that in order to obtain the critical estate details and start the probate process I would have to fly from NY where I live to Florida. While in Florida I had a meeting with Federico and he thoroughly went over the process, next steps, and cost structure. About a month later I returned to Florida for my father’s memorial service and had a second meeting with Federico. Federico helped us sell my father’s house and rapidly complete the probate process mostly through email (and periodic phone) dialogue. Mr. Mojica reviewed and updated my Last Will and Living Will. He also guided me with Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, Advanced Directives, pretty much all things dealing with financial and health care issues. Mr. Mojica was at all times very professional, knowledgeable, and very comforting... to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I now have peace of mind that my last wishes will be honored when the time comes.
