Going through any kind of court ordered supervised visitation is always hard. At her facility, Cindy is great at making a smooth transition for the children and Parents into a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. Her facility is very open to use. From playing on the well equipped playground, to swimmin...g in the pool, to making a great breakfast in the kitchen, Cindy ensures a welcoming atmosphere making the visit a pleasurable experience for all. I personally felt quite comfortable at Cindy's user friendly facility each time, and I know my daughters did as well. Very accommodating, we are all very thankful for that.

For those in need of a good, helpful Parent Coordinator DO NOT GO to Cynthia Barry! Ms. Barry was very rude and unprofessional in her emails to me, and the only things she cared about was getting her retainer fee of $1000. She is another "professional" (however I would not call her such) in a field w...here she seems to take advantage of her position and thinks somehow it is acceptable to be rude to her clients, I guess because she is a lawyer. If you call her out on her unprofessional manner she will decide not to take your case on, even if you worked for months to get a court ordered PC like I did in my case. There are so many "professionals" in Manatee County who should not be allowed to practice in the family law fields they reside in, and she is one of them. Taking advantage of a family that needs a mediator is not o.k, and being rude and short to clients just on the basis that you know the family is in need is unacceptable. So if you are a parent in need of a good parent coordinator, best of luck finding one in this County, and do not go to Cynthia Barry!

We were court ordered to have an Attorney Ad Litem in our custody case. Ms. Barry was extremely professional, unbiased and cared about my kids and their well being. She went above and beyond. As far as the bashing regarding her fees, Ms. Barry runs a business. This is how she pays her bills. You woul...d not go into a restaurant and order food and expect to walk out on your bill. Would you get mad at the price of your bill after you ordered it? How about a doctors office? They require payment too. Such is the world. I've dealt with many attorneys. Ms. Barry was very open to working with me on a payment plan and even made concessions for me (and my ex). She has an enormous amount of experience, very honest upfront and straight forward. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Unlike the 2 other reviews here, I had nothing but a positive experience with Ms. Barry. Very understanding and plugged into the legal system. She was always going above and beyond for me and my family. No taking sides, as should be, just straight out truths and what was needed to accomplish our goal...s. I tried to be a "good" client, did what she suggested and paid my bill on time. I wonder if the 2 others here can say the same? Overall for having a nasty legal experience, I believe Ms Barry made things clear and easier to deal with. Give Her an A in a hard business!!

Quite unprofessional , even rude at times. We were surprised. Shared our case information without consent. Would not recommend . Too many others to hire, wish we had chose more prudently. In person, friendly is not necessary, yet rude is unwarranted . Mediation , family situations, had to go el...sewhere quickly.
