Kyle Stalnaker was recommended to me after I was severely injured in a vehicle accident, and I am extremely grateful that I hired him to represent me in my personal injury case. I was hit directly head on by an individual who was speeding & negligently passing another vehicle despite the double yell...ow line. There truly wasn’t any time to react. I was in the trauma unit for 2 weeks & endured 2 extremely painful surgeries that essentially reconstructed both of my ankles and my heel. I was completely non-weight bearing for months. Then, I had to endure several months of painful physical therapy in order to slowly learn how to walk again. I still have pain and will never be the same, but I am thankful to be alive. I am also thankful to have professionals like Kyle & his team at Mackey Law Group who truly cared about my best interests. The individual that hit me was uninsured; therefore I wasn’t even sure that there would be anything legally possible for me to do. From the moment I met K...yle I knew he was the attorney for me. Kyle explained the divorce process in a way I could understand, and I knew immediately that Kyle knew what he was doing. He is an extremely knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy attorney. He is also kind, caring, and makes it evident that he loves what he does. I never felt like I was being ignored, as he always made time to answer my phone calls and returned my emails right away. He made me feel like I was the only client he had, which I knew was not the case. There were many times when I did not know what to do, or would be frustrated over a decision, and Kyle would tell me not to worry, give me his recommendations, and I would immediately feel at ease. I went to see Mr. Stalnaker to help me with custody issues with a horrible ex. I was very traumatized with my experience with my divorce attorney and I really needed Mr. Stalnaker to understand the situation that my children and I were in. It is unbelievable to me how much I trust this attorney. H...e is knowledgeable, trustworthy, GETS IT, and he cares. He is also honest in telling me what can and cannot be accomplished, given the limitations set by the legal system. He has done as much as possible within the constraints of the legal system to help us and he is top notch. I recommend this attorney fully. I hesitated to write this review because I fear that recommending him may bring so much clientele to him who will be as satisfied with is services as I am, that he will be ultra busy, but frankly, he deserves the best of recommendations.
