Michael Belle is the consummate professional. He is a very sharp and knowledgeable attorney. Attorney Belle was very engaging and spent time guiding us through the closing process while providing us with valuable information. I would highly recommend Michael Belle. During the search for my home purchase I found a house that was being sold by the owners and had an attorney friend that was going to help them. I am a realtor and have dealt with owners selling their own property so I had no reservation moving forward. Ever...ything was moving along fine until the home did not appraise. At that point I was no longer able to move forward with the purchase and the sellers attorney tried keeping my $20K deposit! It was a horrible situation because the sellers attorney was not performing as the contract clearly states. Michael Belle was able to make several accurate points and finally the sellers attorney gave in after it was clear that we were going to move forward on the points that Mr. Belle set forth. I ended up finding another house with in a couple months and am so happy. Mr. Belle's office handled the closing perfectly with not one challenge.
