Our Closing

Michael Belle is the consummate professional. He is a very sharp and knowledgeable attorney. Attorney Belle was very engaging and spent time guiding us through the closing process while providing us with valuable information. We never felt rushed and he made our interaction comfortable enough for us ...to be able to ask questions throughout the process. This was the least nerve-racking closing we have ever had; we are extremely pleased with the calm, smooth process that we were afforded by Attorney Michael Belle and would highly recommend him.

Client since 1999

I have been a client of Michael since 1999 when we purchased our first house on Longboat Key, FL. I became a Florida Realtor in 2006 and continue to refer and use his Firm to close properties for my clients. His staff is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. All of my closings are compl...eted on time and on budget. Most of my clients are from out of state and appreciate the level of communication and service he provides to lead them thru the real estate closing process. Many continue to use him once they come to Florida as full time residents. He has taken many calls helping navigate the turbulent Florida real estate market, as well as being accessible for all legal questions that I have whether they be personal or professional. I know I will get a straight answer to make an informed decision.

Responsive and Knowledgeable

I called Mr. Belle for advice on a pending sale of my Florida property. He called back in a very short period of time and he gave me some great advice. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to use his services going forward.
