Was in a pissing match with a guy who i believe was in the witness protection service. The guy had me charged with a felony. He had his step son who was a marine attempt to kill me. I survived. Fled the state. He informed me to get on a plane for court and take the next flight out and do not come ba...ck. Adj was with held. I can legally say I was not found guilty. And I am alive today. Smart man.

Was facing several 1st degree (capital) offenses. After 2yrs of this case going through the legal system, my case went to trial. NOT GUILTY on ALL charges. Martin Burznyski is like a used car sales man. He will say ANYTHING to get you to retain his services, but after that, he no longer cares. I was facing my first third degree possession charge (never been arrested before this), however, Mr. Burznyski scared me into thinking I was going to prison for... 5 years. He failed to mention that I was only looking at 16 points on my score sheet. (the minimum points required for a prison sanction is 44 points) He would not call me back when I had questions to ask him, and the two times I did speak with him, he was VERY rude and short with me. Also, he lied and said that he had to pull a lot of strings with the prosecutor to get me adjudication withheld. However, with this being my first criminal charge, it ALWAYS offered by the judge in a situation like me. To summarize, the services rendered by Mr. Burzynski would have been of equal or lesser value than that of a court appointed public defender.

Marin Burzynski was exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands the entire Florida criminal system including probation requirements. He helped me with a very difficult probation issue, and made me feel comfortable and that he cared about my case.
