Martin Burzynski could have cared less about the outcome of my case, nor did he put ANY effort into my defense.....

Martin Burznyski is like a used car sales man. He will say ANYTHING to get you to retain his services, but after that, he no longer cares. I was facing my first third degree possession charge (never been arrested before this), however, Mr. Burznyski scared me into thinking I was going to prison for... 5 years. He failed to mention that I was only looking at 16 points on my score sheet. (the minimum points required for a prison sanction is 44 points) He would not call me back when I had questions to ask him, and the two times I did speak with him, he was VERY rude and short with me. Also, he lied and said that he had to pull a lot of strings with the prosecutor to get me adjudication withheld. However, with this being my first criminal charge, it ALWAYS offered by the judge in a situation like me. To summarize, the services rendered by Mr. Burzynski would have been of equal or lesser value than that of a court appointed public defender.

Probation issue client

Marin Burzynski was exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands the entire Florida criminal system including probation requirements. He helped me with a very difficult probation issue, and made me feel comfortable and that he cared about my case. Seeing him in court was great - he ...is results oriented, and he basically gave me my life back again. I would highly recommend this attorney to anyone who needs a good assertive criminal defense attorney in their corner.

I WASN'T HAPPY!! BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HIM,LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE !

He didnt even show up for court like he said he would. He sent a guy who stunk like cigarettes to represent me. I should have had a court appointed attorney. I dont feel he did much for me that I couldn't have gotten from a court appt. Terrible service. Ill never endorse his services to my friends or... clients.

Very, very dissatisfied with Martin Burzynski.

I would expect any attorney with a reasonable amount of intelligence and several years experience in his field to try to achieve for his client the best possible outcome in his or her case. Selecting this lawyer, however, turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've ever made, one which may bu...rden me with problems long into the future. My mistake was assuming that Burzynski would do what statutory law requires of any attorney; that is, to put forth his best effort -- repeat: effort -- on his client's behalf. That's what I paid Burzynski to do. After all was said (or not at all said) and done in my case, however, it became crystal clear to me that Burzynski had put little or no effort in developing a defense for me. This was explained to me later by attorneys at two different law firms who specialized in the same field of law as Burzynski. These two other attorneys, after reading my case file, shook their heads in dismay, explaining to me in detail why they felt my case, if its elements had been examined and acted on by Burzynski and then made apparent to all concerned, would have been an easy win; even more likely, they said, such plain and simple efforts would have caused the prosecution to quickly abandon the case. Remember, attorneys such as Burzynski cash your check before they've done anything except convince you that hiring them will be the best decision you could possibly make. Promises, promises. Afterwards, with Burzynski: no communications past a terse, "I know what I'm doing," which turned out to be nothing at all, and finally, the worst conceivable outcome.
