I am a driven technology transactions attorney, litigator, and certified privacy professional, with over a decade of legal experience, including complex commercial and technical agreements, data security, compliance, Software as a Service (SaaS), Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), privacy law, litigation, and M&A. My expertise lends itself to representing businesses and working across their internal departments and points of contact to accomplish everything maturing companies need, including privacy compliance (policies, BAAs, etc.), vendor and sales contract management (NDAs, contract review and negotiation), and contract enforcement (demands, litigation, and settlement agreements).

Following a career as a litigator for an Am Law 200 firm, I took an in-house role and was promoted to Associate General Counsel and Privacy/Security Officer for a publicly traded, international technology company. My contractual/transactional specialization is based on prior Big Law courtroom appearances and experience as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and I draft and negotiate agreements through those lenses.
