Taso Michael Milonas

Taso M. Milonas is a Florida Bar Board Certified Tax Lawyer with a Master's Degree (LL.M.) in Taxation. He practices in the areas of  IRS tax matters, estate planning, probate, guardianship, asset protection, business planning, and litigation.  

As a Board Certified Tax Lawyer, Taso is recognized as an expert in the field of tax law and handles all types of tax matters before the IRS and state taxing authorities. Taso has extensive experience in estate planning, probate administration and probate litigation, including family disputes and will contests. Taso also has a wide range of experience in corporate and business planning, including choice of entity, sale and liquidation, and succession planning for family-owned businesses.

Taso is admitted to practice before all Florida courts and the U.S. Tax Court.
