Not only does he return emails with laser-like speed and precision -- including that very first time when I wrote to him on a Sunday morning -- he is dispassionate and committed. He is a man of his word. Mr. Hoffman is a true rare breed in his field. I shudder to think of what a future mom might endure if she does not have the grace that I experienced in acquiring his legal representation.

We recently hired Mr. Hoffman to execute our last will and testament/trust. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish! He was extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs. Attorney Hoffman makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet him. You’re not just a client to him he truly cares. I Originally I went to Attorney Joe Benson attorney of Sarasota. He took my sister’s money and did nothing. He was Awful, He was a no show at our first Appointment, that should... have been our first red flag! We were lost we didn’t know what to do. I found Mr. Hoffman online emailed him at 7:30 in the morning by 8:30 I had a response. I continued throughout the day to email him questions he responded quickly to everyone of them.
