Mr Ortiz was unprofessional from the start meeting with me without disclosing his terrible cold that I came down with the next day. He was sniffling for the entire 6 months of dealing with him. I dont know of a cold lasting 6 months but hmmmmmmmm. ok. He was never available and took several calls to ...return my calls and when he finally did call me back he said he was out of town on vacation. 3 times during my case??? I doubt it but ok. I was out thousands of dollars for lost wages which he refused to ask for stating it would make his job more difficult. He told me to sue the driver myself for that! Really? So all in all, my car was destroyed, I was out of work for weeks, goint to treatment 3 times a week for months. and Mr Ortiz told me that 2500 was a fair amount. Using Michael Ortiz was surely a mistake on my part, dont make the same mistake yourself.
