We would never consider engaging in any legal matter without the trusted advise of our attorney Kevin Drake! He has represented us for years in multiple real estate transactions, contract negotiations, and in establishing partnerships/corporations. His guidance and work ethic are beyond reproach. ...He works tirelessly (even nights and weekends) to ensure deadlines are met and that our best interest is served. In every instance, Kevin’s commitment was unwavering even when negotiations got complicated or closing terms complex. Most recently, during a simple lot sale closing, Kevin questioned the closing document’s amounts (we did not question the amounts) and found a mistake in our favor! Mr. Drake is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and is excellent counsel. He is accessible and will go the extra mile to get a transaction closed properly and on time. I've closed two of my homes with him and will use him for anything real estate related.
