Biography
There are few experiences more trying and stressful than the emotional trauma and strain often associated with a disputed family matter. When a family is breaking up I believe the legal representatives involved should be mindful of not only the legal faction but also if the heartbreak and uprooting of what was once intended to be a lifeling commitment. Although litigation is often a necessity, it is not always the best answer in the long run. I remain ready to take steps required to involve the court, but first strive to assist my clients in determining their long term interests and to explore options that may ultimately result in a more positive future for them and their children.
