This attorney personally posted photographs depicting dead and mutilated marine wildlife, including dead sharks, stingrays, fish, pelicans and seagulls among others. Those images circulated widely in the Florida community and were serious enough to draw investigation and enforcement attention from F...lorida wildlife authorities and media coverage. Separately, his televised conduct on Siesta Key shows a repeated pattern of dishonesty, infidelity, aggression, and degrading treatment of women and people in general. Taken together, his public behavior toward both animals and people reflects the same core traits: lack of empathy, lack of accountability, disregard for harm and serious ethical concerns. Despite the severity and repetition of these incidents with animals he has continued practicing without meaningful professional consequence. It is publicly known that his father is also an attorney, and the continued absence of lasting repercussions in the face of these widely known wildlife incidents creates the appearance that legal connections have insulated him from accountability others would face. I would not trust or retain someone whose own public record includes posting images of dead wildlife and repeatedly demonstrating contempt toward others.
