This is a long overdue review and I certainly hope other veterans and family members read this. I began my veterans administration disability journey years ago. I began with the DAV and found that they tried but were never available for my issues. I was given Bill Stiminsky’s contact information from... another veteran as he could see I was frustrated and at the end of my rope. When I first spoke with Bill he was not only personable, and listened but, as a veteran himself, he seemed to really understand. We have been on a long journey together but he and his staff (Chris, Carly, and Marina) have not only been available to answer questions but caring and helpful in explaining the difficulties the VA presents. At no time did I feel like a burden or an inconvenience. I have been so impressed with their work I referred my Uncle ( Vietnam veteran) to them. My heart felt advice is to speak with Bill, Chris, Carly and Marina for any Veteran Administration questions. I will always hold a special place for each of them and probably spoke with Marina the most. Marina is special in her caring and help throughout! Please, please, please do not hesitate to ask Bill for help. You and your family gave to this country and deserve to be treated with respect, dignity and not feel like a number or burden.

Mr. Sterbinsky is a very professional, competent, skilled and caring attorney with a passion for ensuring veterans and their spouses are treated fairly. He worked diligently for two years on my claim, which was initially denied by the VA. He is a fighter and doesn't give up, even though the VA seem...s to have kept trying to deny my claim. He did his research to continually prove the VA denials wrong. After two years he won my case with the VA by proving the cause of my husband's death was service related, This win included back compensation, as well as an ongoing monthly benefit. My husband was receiving compensation from the VA for service related illness. He passed away in 2021. I completed an application to receive survivor benefits from the VA because his death was service related. My claim was denied by the VA. I found Mr. Sterbinsky's name on a list of lawyers from the VA. He took my case (without) any up front compensation. I was impressed with his knowledge of VA procedures and processes. During our conversations he explained what was happening with the case, as well as what the next step would be. THANK you Mr. Sterbinsky for your hard/tireless effort; and the win!!
