The best lawyer I've ever met!

To say Jason Miller is a good lawyer would be an insult! He not only won my case he saved my life. I was charged with a crime that carried a minimum sentence of 25 years and a maximum of life. I had no one on my side and no hope until I met Jason. A couple of the so called "big name lawyers" wanted 5...0,000 to take my case and that was only to get me a decent plea bargain.(you have no idea what it's like for a blatantly obviously innocent man to be told 15 years in prison is a bargain and to be told so by who many people consider to be the best attorney in Sarasota and manatee county mr b.m., I won't even mention what the so called best female lawyer advised me to do) and what her ridiculous fee was) Enough about them there not important this is about Jason Miller! So like I said I'm in jail literally contemplating suicide while my wife is calling every big shot and there trying to convince her to convince her mother to sell her house to pay there fees and then convince me to plead guilty to a crime that didn't have a witness or even story that made sense. So finally my wife said I found a lawyer who says he wants to help me. I said how much and what's the plea offer? She says he's gonna send you home to me and our family where you belong. I figured it was all empty promises, so I said, how much is his retainer, and she said nothing, he wants you to call him collect and he'll except charges. So I call expecting to speak to a secretary or paralegal but no it's his personal line. He had left the office and was at home eating dinner with his family I could hear his children in the background. He says I spoke to your wife and I want to help you. I said sir I don't have a lot of money and I won't plead guilty I'm innocent. He tells me I'm not concerned with how much money you have I'm concerned that an innocent man is in jail. Then he says I wanna talk about how I'm gonna send you home to your wife but these jail conversations are recorded so we need to speak face to face. I said when? He said I'll be there in 30 minutes. This man left his family during dinner to come see an inmate in a jail who had just told him he didn't have much money. Once we met I knew I had hope. With in minutes of looking over my case he didn't lose composure but became angry with everyone involved. He picked apart police statements pointed out the parts of the story that made no sense and told I can't ethically promise anything and I have to tell you if the state offers a plea bargain but your gonna turn it down I don't care if it's a 6 month offer. If your innocent I will fight to the end and I am gonna make these liars admit there liars. He left our initial meeting and literally said I'm fired up I wanna hurry to my office to get started. Then he says you call me anytime I have your back and left! We never even spoke of the cost of my defense. The next day still before I paid a dime he sends his private investigator who is also a great man named Tom and we spent 4 hours going over every detail of my case and my life. I called Jason immediately afterwards and he had all ready pointed out things he found in Toms report that he could use. Eventually we went to several motion hearings and I watched this respectful well spoken gentlemen literally destroy every witness he encountered. He made the lead investigator look so bad he refused to answer anymore questions. He literally made a cop plead the fifth. I could write forever n still not give this lawyer enough credit. Do I recommend him? I trust him with my life, and because of Jason I am alive today. Take the word of a guy whose had over 30 different lawyers in 4 different states, you will not find a better lawyer than Jason Miller, THEY SIMPLY DONT EXIST!!!!!!!

Best lawyer EVER!!!!

I hired Jason Miller to help me on a felony case that never should have happened in the first place. The goal was to try and get the lowest charge possible while looking at a not so good situation. He not only ended up getting the case dropped but he also got another case dropped for me too. I was v...ery impressed with the fact that the very first time I contacted him was on a Friday night after 5:30 pm. He not only answered but was ready to listen to my story and start to advise me on possible outcomes for my case. Jason was extremely knowledgable and made sure I was always kept informed. He made sure that if I had any questions or concerns that he always had a timely response. I would recommend anyone I know to hire Jason as their attorney.

At Last

I have watched Jason in action for a personal family member and it encouraged me to speak with him about another matter. I could not have been more blessed and fortunate to find this young man with his tenacity for the truth and his respect for his client. I would recommend Jason to anyone. Jeanie
