Kevin F. Sanderson

         Founded in 2004, Kevin F. Sanderson, Chartered is a cost-effective practice of law serving your business and personal needs throughout all of West Central Florida, including Sarasota, Osprey, Nokomis, Casey Key, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Bradenton, North Port, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, Venice, Arcadia, Englewood, and Naples.

Kevin Sanderson is a graduate of Boston University, Boston, Ma, having earned a bachelor of arts in psychology.  He obtained his juris doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, Miami, Fl.  Mr. Sanderson continued his education, obtaining his LL.M. (legal laureate masters) in international taxation and offshore finance, also at St. Thomas University School of Law.

          Kevin is a member of the Florida Bar.  He is also a member of the bars of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Southern District of Florida, District of Colorado, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court for the Federal Circuit, the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit (Atlanta) as well as the United States Supreme Court.

 Associations

         Kevin is a member of the Sarasota Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association.  He is also a member of the board of directors of KAETA, Kids and Elders Through Arts., and chair of the board of the Suncoast Center for Independent Living ().  He is a graduate of Leadership Sarasota County, the Gulf Coast Leadership Institute and New Leaders Council Leadership Institute (Tampa Bay chapter). 

Kevin lives in Sarasota with his wife and daughter.
