Andrea Johnson was hired to guide me through Florida’s landlord/tenant law. After the initial consultation I felt she possessed the skill to help me deal with a tenant who was determined to make every aspect of leaving the landlords property as difficult as possible. Andrea was extremely knowledgeab...le of the law and after becoming familiar with the details of this case developed a plan to remove the tenant from the property. That plan was clearly stated and written in precise language which left no room for misunderstanding by the tenant. She was patience with my questions and countered with questions of her own to make sure she had a clear and accurate picture of her client’s needs. Needless to say the results of her work lead to a positive outcome for the landlord. I would recommend Andrea to anyone needing assistance with landlord/tenant law.
