After dealing with a flake of an attorney that ran me around in circles for three and a half years, I was referred to Andrea. I was dealing with an issue caused by the title company when I purchased a winter home in Florida in 2012. I payed cash for the house at the time, but I wanted my boyfriend ...to be able to stay in the home if I passed away first, with it going to my estate upon his death.
