Andrea M. Johnson

I was referred to Andrea Johnson from an attorney I was working with in Venice Florida. My case was becoming complicated and his advice was finding counsel within Manatee county, closer to Bradenton mainly for economic reasons. He gave me a list of several he felt capable of handling my case. When I ...informed him I picked Andrea he replied “excellent choice”. A long, intensive and aggressive litigation proved that correct. With an abundance of 5 star ratings I will try to add something that may help you make that same choice. Andrea is well respected within the legal community. In addition she is abundantly involved within activities and organizations to give back to the community. Supporting Andrea you can have some satisfaction your legal fees are going to someone who believes in giving back. Along with her excellent performance, she is efficient in keeping her overhead down. You will not experience the hidden fees that most of her colleagues tack on. She deals directly with her clients as well improving communications and saving you the frustration of working through paralegals and office managers. If you have a relatively simply legal matter and need a competent attorney, you have found one. If you have a need for complicated litigation, Andrea will fight for you. She is focused and proficient while the stress in contrast may be causing your head to spin! My only caution is informing you that if your intent is to cheat someone or defraud your opponent, Andrea is not your girl. Her integrity is a bar above. With all that said, my counsel is pick up the phone and pray Andrea will except your case. My comment will then be “excellent choice”.

We are landlords and have been for 20 years and unfortunately recently we picked the wrong tenant even after a background check. I did speak to a couple other attorneys but Andrea was by far our first choice and I am very glad she decided to take our case. She did an excellent job at the depositions, met with us before hand to explain the ins and outs and what we could expect when we were questioned. When we walked out of the depositions we were so thankful that she was OUR attorney and not working for the other side. Our case was complicated and mid way thru other charges were brought into play, so our insurance company assigned us an attorney, which Andrea graciously brought him up to speed and shared all the information and the 2 worked so will together and brought this to a conclusion.
