Biography
I started my legal practice with a large, multi-specialty firm in Manchester, NH in 1991. In 2006, I moved to the Tampa Bay, Florida area, but continued to work remotely for my NH law firm. I moved to Bradenton, FL in 2017 to join the Blalock Walters firm. I practice business law and health care law. I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses, as well as with businesses in the health care field (including physicians, dentists, and other healthcare providers). I advise business owners on all kinds of issues, including entity formation, shareholders agreements, LLCs, buy/sell agreements, financing, and mergers and acquisitions. With my health care clients, I assist with regulatory matters such as Stark Law and Anti-kickback Statute compliance, HIPAA compliance and the purchase and sale of health care practices and facilities.
