Don R. Cahall

As the CEO of a sub $20mm business, I've used many attorneys and firms over the last 26 years. In most cases, I'm usually directing the counselors after hearing them out on strategy and procedures. With Don, I just had to listen and nod by head. The case was a nuisance and out of principal... I fought it hard. Don was able to not only win the suit against us and win the counter, but we successfully obtained a judgment. After the judgment was issued Don, on his own, found the bank account for the defendant and served the institution with the judgement. Solely due to Don and his work we were able to win the case and secure the attorneys fees. Whenever you fight a case on principal for small amounts you question your decision due to the expense. Is it really worth spending above standard attorneys fees to solidify a good outcome. Don clearly gave me the answer to the question, hiring Don at an above average rate was invaluable and he himself secured the recovery of attorneys fees. Don't look for an attorney, Don is your guy!

I met with Don on 9/19/2015 regarding a legal issue due to the death of my mother.
