As the CEO of a sub $20mm business, I've used many attorneys and firms over the last 26 years. In most cases, I'm usually directing the counselors after hearing them out on strategy and procedures. With Don, I just had to listen and nod by head. The case was a nuisance and out of principal... I fought it hard. Don was able to not only win the suit against us and win the counter, but we successfully obtained a judgment. After the judgment was issued Don, on his own, found the bank account for the defendant and served the institution with the judgement. I met with Don on 9/19/2015 regarding a legal issue due to the death of my mother.
