Daphne was awesome! I hired her to handle my divorce and together with a very skilled mediator she recommended, they helped me arrive at and finalize divorce terms in just five hours! I would highly recommend her because she’s a true professional who helped me navigate a difficult process and reach ...acceptable divorce terms as quickly and painless as possible!

I started working with Daphane Clements in late May 08. Upon receiving my deposit, she then repeated failed to follow through and process my case. In four months, she only returned one message via email, and none via phone call. When I finally tracked her down on her cell phone and fired her, she ...promised to return my entire deposit and my file and apologized for not doing anything on my behalf. She stated that it would be at the end of that week. It has now been four weeks since we had that conversation, still no return calls, and no return emails. I alerted the Florida Atorney Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP), they informed me I was not the only one who had not been getting a response from Daphane. They said they would try and contact her, but they had been unsuccessful in reaching her as well. The worst part about this whole ordeal is that this was an attorney referred by the Florida Bar website. Daphane Clements in my opinion is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, in any business.
