Failed to do job she was hired for!

Motorcycle accident
I was involved in a hit and run motorcycle accident back in March, she made dealing with everything extremely smooth. She would even reach out personally to see how I was doing and if there was anything she could do to help above and beyond. Took care of all the insurance and medical needs.
