Daphane was very patient through out the duration of my divorce. I was being accused of battery from my ex-wife during the divorce. So Daphane strategically waited until the charges were dropped, then continued with my case. She was able to get me the results I was needing. I had some doubts ...due to the prolonged process. But Daphane, with all her experience, really put me in my place. The saying is trust the pro ess. Well, trust in Daphane to get the job done.

On July 22, 2008, I hired Daphne Clements for a civil case. We had a contract and I paid her a retainer of $3000,00. On July 23, 2008 she deposited the check. This was the last time I heard from her. She took my $3000.00 retainer and never performed and services for me. So not only was I out the... $3000.00 retainer, but I had to hire a new attorney. To this day this money has never been returned. I hope she does not do this to anyone else. I did not forget the rating, she receives zero stars from me, but i had to at least mark one star. When I checked into this matter with the State, they said she had been suspended and I would have to file a law suit to recover my retainer that was paid and no services given.
