Ms. St. Paul's core practice areas include estate planning ( wills, living wills, health care surrogates, powers of attorney and trusts), probate and trust administration. She has extensive experience in helping families, couples and individuals in all of these areas.
She brings to her area of practice a unique combination of caring, compassion and practicality that enables her to quickly assess the needs of her clients to develop a comprehensive estate plan which her clients say give them peace of mind and a high level of comfort. This ensures that their needs will be met during their later years and their goals as to the ultimate distribution of their assets to their beneficiaries will be fulfilled. A significant portion of her practice centers on drafting and forming for her clients a revocable trust, which allows individuals to create a plan which provides for their care in the event of illness or incapacity and also results in the ultimate distribution of the assets to the individual's beneficiaries without the need of probate or court monitored administration.
