Nice Guy. Not at all qualified for family law. May be fantastic in other areas of practice.
I utilized Mr Horne for a family law matter and his bio says it all. Medical malpractice, car accident & personal injury. My experience would indicate that Mr Horne has no business in a courtroom for family matters. He was unprepared and unprofessional and it showed in court. Seems like a nice guy b...
