To give a brief overview i am being charged with a refusal to DUI, because i refused the breathalyzer test. I also moved here from New York a year ago and had still not gotten around to getting a Florida Driver's License when i was stopped by the Police. Rebecca is fantastic! She got the DMV to drop the license suspension within a week of my arrest.
